today i went out with my training friends..('_')

we promise to met at mall at 1pm,
but because me, ayun n alia came late
the boys have decided to watch "BOHSIA"
and when we arrived
they have already bought tickets for us too...
(actually me n ayun wanted to watch "WOLVERINE")
so we dont have any choice...
lets enter the hall..

i dunt want to comment this movie in details
but overall
the movie is just fine..
i dont like the start,
i hate the ending..
but i do enjoy watching Acai(Shaheizy) roles..
hes' act give me the reason to stay in the hall..
he's caring out the role more decent
then Syamsul (i cant remember his role in this movie)
maybe bcause of his neat appearance as if he is an elite mat rempit..
oohh..
almost forgot,
aaron aziz did lighten up this gloomy movie..
i do like to watch his acting..
hohoho..
enough of this movie..

where we carried out our industrial training..

except 4 me who suddnly have this small plastic bag of clothes in hand
(cant helped it!!!)
they also grab some ice cream
and poor me..
my sore throat are not recover yet,

GeGaR u 2

its already almost a year bt for me,

it is one of the best xprience i ever had in my whole life..
(20 years n 10 months so far)(",)

back in 2008,
i and 4 other UMP students
were proudly representing UMP itself
in one of ASTRO program called
GEGAR U (season 2)..

this program is determine to help the poor
by improving their life
with the help of the contestants,
which is us..
to help them,
we must accomplish the goal in each task..
the task is to provide them with the things they needs the most..
what we dooo....

1. visiting the family..

we were given two task,
an each task is for 1 family..
so we have 2 family to help..
Pak Cik Jamil Familys' and Pak CIk Yusof Family's..

P.C Jamil is a house builder n he requested 4 new tooling
like mixer, drill and etc..
so that he can finish his job quicker
and increase his monthly wage..

P.C Yusof do village job to support his family..
he caught fish, breed goats and rubber tapping..
all he ask is to repair the house his living in
and provide them with electric supply..
this can help his family to live more comfortable
and also enable his children to study at night..

2. Carry out the Assignment..

in order to help P.C Jamil
we have to do two assigmnt..
the 1st one is harvesting oil palm fruits
and breeds 25 cows..
yuhuuu...
we manage the oil palm assignmnt
bt we lose in cow fight..
hahaha..


to redeem the lost,
we were ask to wear casual attire
and sweep the pasar malam...
this time we succeeded!!


for pak cik yusof,
we were ask to built a raft..
peddle the raft for 4.5 km,
and the next 4 km we used rubber raft..
its cool!!!!
along the journey,
we must picked 10 task card which were
hide at the river bank..

3. Prizes....

when both of the task is completed,
automatically we were able to give the prize
to those families..
for P.C Jamil,
he got all the tools..
mixer machine, hand drill, and many more..
and for P.C Yusof,
with the help from P.C Yusof and another repairman,
we manage to repair his house within a day..
ASTRO also proudly gave them Solar Panel and new casting net..
hehe..

we were happy to help them,
and we hope they are happy with the aid..
may Allah bless all of us..

the host for this program for this season
is Iqram Dinzly...
at 1st im not fond of him
bt somehow,
being with him for a week does change sometin..
hehe..
he is a nice n talented actor..
so i grab the chance and took pictures with him..

masalah kelemumur??
same with me...
it makes my head felt itchy all the time...
i had this dandruff problem since i was 15 i think..
but at that time it didnt bothering me at all..
i was in boarding school and
i spend most of my time at class...
i dont really care how my hair look..
cos i wear veil all the time..
but of course i do care of how it smell...
so, at that time i choose shampoo base on its smell..
not the benefits...

after finishing school..
i change shampoo lots of time..
until i found the one that i think ideal for me..
this is wat i start with...

1. Rejoice

yup, the dandruff gone..
but only at the beginning..
than somehow my dandruff gets immune with it..
so, the dandruff problem still not solve...
and my hair gets very dry and worstly,
i get hair fall problem..

2. L'oreal
i kind of like this one..
its really moisturize my hair,
but it cause my dandruff problem getting worst..
so lets change again...
hehe..

3. Pantene (Hair Fall)
wut can i say..
my hair have this very good smell,
it gets very smoth,
but its still falling...
duhh....

4. Schworzkopf

my beloved sister recommended me this shampoo..
she doesnt say much but i give a try..
i choose to use the
hair repair for total repair..
i was pretty amazed for what this shampoo can do..
my hair gets easier to comb and
i think it give more resistant to breakage..
its lovely...
but my mission isnt accomplish yet...

5. Schworzkopf + Selsun Blue (Mentholatium)


now that i color my hair + i really2 like Schworzkopf shampoo,
i change into Schwarzkopf Gliss Hair Repair Colour Protect Coloured Hair..
and this time my friend force me to buy
Selsun Blue specially for dandruff treatment..
Incredibly, my dandruff is gone(4-eve i hope),
i finally can said BuhBye Dandruff..
=)


but i cant be more happy than that,
because my hair is still falling..
i guess it cant be treated..
haha..
i have a very long hair...
im going to cut it..
and then i hope i can say,
BuhBye Hair Fall..
can i??


P/S: if by any chances u wanna buy this shampoo,
plz head straightly to Guardian..
i find it easier to buy things there..

i fell asleep around 12am..
i was so tired of doin not-a-thing..
